All shipments are made with Canada Post. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. Orders are processed as they come in, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Your purchase will be shipped between 5 - 7 business days after payment is received. These are normal delivery estimates provided by Canada Post, but please know these are guidelines only and can be significantly affected by mail volume, holidays, custom delays and your location within your own country. If your item is not in stock and needs to be made, depending on the complexity of the design, it can take up to 7 business days for it to be produced and ready to ship. Once your order is completed we will contact you and provide a tracking number for your shipment. If you would like to check on the status of an order in progress, please call or text (preferable!) at 306-230-2737 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please message us about shipping costs to countries other than Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost items sent through Canada Post. If you are in or near enough to Saskatoon, we would be happy to arrange for you to pick up your order so you do not have to pay shipping. Please contact us to arrange this before you purchase.
Please understand that all Custom Orders are FINAL SALE. Items that have been adjusted at customer's request, such as a bracelet or necklace length, are FINAL SALE. All earrings are FINAL SALE due to hygienic reasons. Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your shipment. Your item must be in original unused condition with the original tag still attached. We will issue you a refund through PayPal, minus the original shipping cost, once we receive the item back. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)
Your privacy is very important to us. When you purchase from us online, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, email address and credit card information. You provide this information to us so that we can process and ship you your order. We do not sell information to anyone.
When you order from us you will be placed on the MauReu Design email list. Periodically emails will be sent informing you of upcoming sales and latest design news. If you wish to unsubscribe, you may do so at any time by simply emailing us with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
If you see a design you like, but would prefer a different color crystal or if you would like to customize the length of our necklaces or bracelets, please contact us BEFORE placing order at email@example.com so we can discuss and adjust the price accordingly. We know that sometimes you need your jewelry quickly for special occasions and if this is the case we will do everything we can to rush your order. If your order is a rush please call, text or email us BEFORE you place your order and we will send you an email letting you know when you can expect your item as well as any estimated rush shipping charges.
