All shipments are made with Canada Post. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight based. Orders are processed as they come in, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Your purchase will be shipped between 5 - 7 business days after payment is received. These are normal delivery estimates provided by Canada Post, but please know these are guidelines only and can be significantly affected by mail volume, holidays, custom delays and your location within your own country. If your item is not in stock and needs to be made, depending on the complexity of the design, it can take up to 7 business days for it to be produced and ready to ship. Once your order is completed we will contact you and provide a tracking number for your shipment. Please message us about shipping costs to countries other than Canada. Please note we are not responsible for lost items sent through Canada Post. If you are in or near enough to Saskatoon, we would be happy to arrange for you to pick up your order so you do not have to pay shipping. Please contact us to arrange this before you purchase.
